Week Two!-Day one

I have not been able to blog because I have been so busy with work and training. I have stayed on top of my fitness and mostly my nutrition. I am not a hundred percent there yet. I am not really sure I will ever be. I occasionally have an urge to eat bad. But for the most part, I try to eat every two hours. I feel like, according to my pants and bra that I have lost a pant size in my waist. My legs feel bigger, because of the muscle but that is to be expected. I can't wait til day 28 when I can weigh in and take measurements because I can already tell a difference. My mood is alot better too! I feel so happy!
