Ok, I am doing this blog for my personal use and the support of anyone who sees this. I have never had a weight problem until the last few years. WTF?? Damn desk job! Anyhow, since dating my boyfriend, who is a nutrition and workout junkie, I have changed my ways. Let's just say I don't eat the junk food I used to but at the same time, I don't workout like I used to either. The word "consistency" is always jammed in my head and now it is time to be consistent. Especially after I took my pre- P90X pictures. Time to start!!!
