Day 1 of week one- start over
I let a lot of things get to me over the past week and it kept me from my workout. I had no excuse, I just kept telling myself I would workout "later". Now I am back to square one. This time I need to tell myself, "this needs to be at one time". The mornings work the best for me, so here I go. Once again to achieve my goal!!
